PDO Max threads are medical-grade and very thin absorbable threads that tighten and lift sagging skin tissues. Threads are placed in the subcutaneous layer of your skin using FDA-cleared cannulas or small needles. Once inserted into your skin, the PDO threads result in a rejuvenated, fuller, and lifted look. PDO threads also trigger collagen renewal, and your skin begins to look and feel healthy.
PDO Max uses polydioxanone or PDO threads, and the procedure can be performed in under 45 minutes. After about 6-9 months, PDO threads will dissolve, but their effects last up to two years because of collagen production. Collagen is a protein giving your skin its structure and elasticity. Before your procedure, you will be asked to avoid alcohol and tobacco use for at least five days. You will also be asked to avoid Advil and ibuprofen, aspirin, omega3 fatty acids, and green tea.

Avoid sleeping on your side, intense exercise, and saunas for a few weeks. Sleep with your head propped on a pillow to help you avoid sleeping on your face.
